Jax & Joey ❤❤Love love LOVED this book! Finally we get the story of Jax and Joey. I hope this will not be the last we've heard from the Pierce family or Blue Moon. This series is one of the best!Love this seriesI thought Jax was a spineless dweeb at first, but once all of the truth comes out about the night of the accident and how low his self esteem was at the time, you realize why he did what he did. I will say though that taking 8 years to come back would be hard to forgive. The kids are so funny.

The bad decisions of our youth...I wasn't sure how I would go with reading The Last Second Chance. Was the how and why of Jax's abandonment going to satisfy me enough to believe in their love story? Did Jax leave Joey just to seek fame and fortune? Should Joey be left alone because she says she's content on her own and her horses make her happy? Like Joey's concerns, how was Jax going to convince me that he's staying for good this time? Well, the truth is in the 4-star rating. I'm convinced that
3.5 starsThis was a fluffy read. h/H were in love eight years back & after a car accident he walked away with no word . He has spent the past eight years in Hollywood, dating models & actresses & thinks now that he is back h should fall back into his arms coz he has always loved her. Yeah! Thankfully h has not been celibate either pining for him instead she hates his guts and makes him work for it. When she finds out why he left she is more pissed. This was decent though I don't know

More like 4.5/5. Loved this love since childhood, second chance story. Well edited.Jackson and Joey have been in love since they were children. Just before their high school graduation, an accident sends their lives in different directions. 8 years later finds Jackson (Jax) a successful screenwriter and Joey still working with horses on the Pierce family farm. Joey has never forgiven Jax for taking off in the night while she was still in the hospital. Jax has never explained his actions. Only
