Crit Appertaining To Books God's Guest List: Welcoming Those Who Influence Our Lives

Very inspiring. It would remind you who really are those people in your Gods guest list.

This book had a lot of good tips and reminders about how so many different people are influential in our lives, and how God orchestrates seemingly chance meetings and interactions.

This book is one of Debbie Macomber's non-fiction books. She asks us to make a list of 30 people whom God has placed in your life for one reason or another. She also says to be aware that we are on the guest list of other people so we are influential in some way to them. As I read this book, I thought about some of the people who I would include in my list and why but I don't think I could come up with 30. Very thought-provoking book!

There were a few touching stories in this but for the most part it didnt interest me.

Macomber makes you think about all the people you have encountered throughout your life and how they have affected your path. Everyone from family members, childhood friends, teachers, coaches, our spouse(s), adult friends, neighbors and colleagues and how they have shaped your life through positive and negative influences. Her anedotal stories about herself and others show how God brings people into our lives, but we have to allow it. We all have a list of people we would like to meet, but many

A thought provoking read causing you to reflect and reassess your awareness of the events and people in your life.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was audible and I listened to it as I took walks and it gave me time to think about what she was saying and wonder how many people have come into my life for a season or for a lifetime and the impressions they made on me.
