I absolutely loved this series. It was a mix of post-apocalyptic, dystopian, super human, romance and many others.Juliette Ferrars has a curse, or a gift, depending on which way you look at it. Her touch can render another person immobile and kill them. She has been in a psychiatric ward for just under a year, after being rejected for years by her family, her classmates, her community, and has spent the majority of her adolescence locked up in one form or another. Always ridiculed and talkedThis book series left me with a serious book hangover. I have never had a book hangover like this either. It was a serious bender that lead to the worst book hangover ever. You get so caught up in the story, so tied in with the characters, that when the final word are read and you shut the cover of the book all you can do is stare at the wall for a minute and think to yourself, "What do I do now?" I strongly recommend this series for someone looking to be swept away. Tahereh sucks you into this
Even though the story plainly mimics similar dystopian stories, Shatter me captures the reader by developing a unique, thrilling voice that materializes a poisoned world and the characters within it. Delightful.Unravel me pathetically continues the former by hyper focusing on an awkward, not well-developed love triangle with overly detailed make out scenes. The writer fails to maintain the captivating writing style and leaves the characters lifeless. Dissatisfying.
WORDS, I THINK, ARE SUCH UNPREDICTABLE CREATURES. 5 full stars! I've run out of battery on my kindle these days. Shatter Me is my favorite series, is has it all, in over the A thousand pages! Its Worth spending precious time reading painted words of a utterly talented author.
The shatter me series was amazing the characters all of them were incredibly different Kenji was one of my favorites and believe it or not I really liked warner, at 1st I kind of thought he was an ass but then He wormed his way into my heart. There are lots of twists and turns which I really liked but not so much so that I didn't understand what was going on ,I am waiting for the last book which has not been released yet. I would recommend this series I have recommended this series.
